Emotes
Emotes are single-player animations triggered with the X key. They can be activated during breaks in play, after scoring, or in the lobby. Emotes range from Common to Limited rarity.
FINAL BOSS
MythicA full music sequence emote — plays a dramatic FINAL BOSS music track with synchronized animation. The most anticipated Mythic emote in Basketball Zero history.
How to get: Lucky Style Spins (very low drop rate) or Robux shop during Summer 2025 event window. May return in future events.
Shiawasi
LimitedA happiness-themed Limited emote. One of the earliest Limited emotes released — very rare, from the initial Limited emote system launch.
How to get: No longer obtainable. Was available during a limited window in 2025.
Joyride (Traversal)
LimitedA traversal emote that replaces your running animation with a joyride sequence — unique movement style across the court.
How to get: Was available in Spring Bundle 2025. May return in future bundles.
Meteor Joyride (Traversal)
RareThe meteor-themed version of the Joyride traversal emote — trails a meteor visual effect while running.

Goal Effects
Goal effects trigger a visual display around the basket when you score. They replace the standard score animation and are visible to all players in the match.
Meteor Goal Effect
RareA meteor-themed visual explosion when you score. One of the most popular goal effects — returned in the Spring Bundle 2025 for players who missed it initially.

Wet Goal Effect
RareA water splash visual effect on score — named 'Wet' for the splashing water animation. Exclusive to Spring Bundle 2025.

Playercards are decorative frames displayed on your profile and in the lobby. They are purely cosmetic and shown to other players before matches.

Ranked Reward Cosmetics
Exclusive cosmetics earned through ranked season placement. These items cannot be obtained through spins, bundles, or the shop — ranked play only.
Legend Chat Tag
LimitedAn exclusive chat tag displayed next to your name in all Basketball Zero game modes. Only awarded to players who reach Legend rank (2400+ RR) by end of season.
How to get: Reach Legend rank (2400+ RR) by end of ranked season. Cannot be obtained any other way.
Season Mystery Cosmetic
LimitedA mystery cosmetic awarded at end of season — varies each season. Past items have included exclusive goal effects, emotes, and playercards not available anywhere else.
