March 2026 Meta Update — Honored Style, Dealer & Zone Rebalance

Meta shift update adding Honored Style and Dealer (Miracle rarities), rebalancing multiple Legendary zones, and fixing several long-standing bugs.

  • New Style: Honored Style (Miracle) — Honor Drive (iFrame startup), Honor Block, Honored Pass; Final Honor awakening
  • New Style: Dealer (Miracle) — Draw Card, Wild Card, Card Trick; Full Deck awakening
  • Zone rebalance: 777 Zone moved from C to S tier (community re-evaluation of 33% extra dribble proc value)
  • Zone rebalance: Ordinary Zone confirmed as Limited-only, no longer in regular Lucky Spin pool
  • Chrollo clarification: Chrollo bypasses Emperor's Reach and Genius' Target Lockdown specifically
  • Ace Rework confirmed stable — Athletic Drive unpredictability buff from September 2025 considered permanent

Referee Update — The Great Rebalance

Added Referee Style, Technical Zone, new indoor court map, and sweeping balance changes.

  • New Style: Referee — Bench, Rulebook Dunk, Foul abilities + You Ladies Alright? awakening
  • New Zone: Technical — 25% ability disable, fairplay ankle-break counter, defense speed boost
  • New Map: Indoor court with polished hardwood floors and arena lighting
  • Freeze is now only usable when holding the ball
  • Dash no longer consumes stamina
  • Alley-Oop becomes a layup in 1v1 or no-teammate situations
  • Lazy Worker removed from game (existing owners retain access)
  • Rubberman removed from game (existing owners retain access)

  • Rank ladder: Bronze → Silver → Gold → Diamond → Champion → Legend

Ranked System & Great Rebalance

Basketball Zero's ranked mode runs from Iron to Legend with RR (Rating Points). The Great Rebalance (October 2025) changed Freeze (ball-holding only), Dash (no stamina), Alley-Oop (layup in 1v1), and Contact Dunk/Post Form (no defender required).
